Job duties may change at any time due to business needs*.* **Key Responsibilities** **Minimum Requirements**4-year degree or equivalent experience 8+ years of progressive experience within marketing or strategy development rolesDemonstrated ability to develop insight-led marketing strategies that translate business and Target Circle ambitions into measurable plans that drive engagement and incremental growth Experience leading complex, cross-channel initiatives from strategy through execution, delivering results on time and within investment parameters Proven ability to influence and drive alignment across highly matrixed teams without direct authority Strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into concise, persuasive recommendations **Preferred Qualifications** Experience leading large-scale promotional events or loyalty-driven activations with enterprise impact Proven ability to define measurement strategies, including incrementality and performance readouts, to inform optimization and future investment decisions Experience influencing senior leaders and shaping strategic direction across Marketing, Merchandising, Digital and Operations partners Demonstrated ability to identify and scale initiatives that drive long-term guest engagement and revenue growthExperience leading and developing talent, fostering a culture of strategic thinking, accountability and collaborationThis position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
