The Role The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for the overall performance of our Shopify DTC business.
This role owns revenue growth, website optimization, customer acquisition performance, and conversion improvement.
You will work directly with leadership to execute high-impact growth strategies and improve key performance metrics across the customer funnel.
This is a performance-driven role with clear accountability for results.
Key Responsibilities
Own and grow Shopify DTC revenue and profitability
Manage daily operations within Shopify Admin
Optimize product pages, landing pages, and site conversion flow
Develop and execute promotional and pricing strategies
Manage and scale Meta and Google Ads campaigns
Monitor and improve key metrics: CVR, AOV, ROAS, CAC, LTV
Lead A/B testing initiatives across product pages and funnels
Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and funnel performance
Improve customer journey and checkout experience
Coordinate with creative and content teams on assets
Deliver weekly and monthly performance reporting with actionable insight
Required Qualifications
Hands-on experience managing a Shopify DTC website
Proven track record of driving measurable e-commerce growth
Strong experience managing paid media (Meta and/or Google Ads).
Solid understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO)
Strong analytical skills (Excel or Google Sheets proficiency required)
Experience with GA4 or similar analytics tools
Ability to interpret data and make strategic decisionsStrong ownership mindset and accountability for results
Preferred
Experience managing high paid media budgets
Experience in consumer electronics or consumer goods
Familiarity with Klaviyo or email/SMS lifecycle marketing
Experience scaling brands from mid-size to high-growth
