Job Summary The Marketing Student Worker will provide essential administrative and coordination support to the marketing team, assisting with day‑to‑day activities that help execute campaigns, events, and internal initiatives. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented student interested in gaining hands‑on experience in marketing operations, communications, and project coordination within a professional business environment.

Essential Responsibilities

Help manage inventory of marketing collateral, promotional items, and event materials

Support preparation and distribution of marketing materials (print and digital)

Assist with trade show and event preparation, including packing, unpacking, labeling, and organizing materials

Assist with coordinating marketing projects, schedules, and deadlines

Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including data entry, file organization, and document management

Perform general office and support duties as needed

Minimum Qualifications

Currently enrolled as a college or university student (marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow instructions accurately

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with marketing tools is a plus

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds

Ability to bend, stoop, and reach frequently

Ability to stand or move for extended periods during events or material preparation
