Job Description The Customer Marketing team is tasked with efficiently leveraging and integrating headquarter and field resources in the development of our “go to market” strategies with our retail customers.

We are a collaborative partner with Sales, Brand, Strategic Planning, Finance, Creative and Operations teams.

We also partner with Sales to package our strategies into effective selling stories and ensure that promotions and title information are consistently communicated and easy to execute.

Responsibilities

Develop, plan, coordinate, execute and analyze customer‑specific marketing activities that contribute to the achievement of New Release titles’ volume and profit goals for retail accounts.

Work with field‑based Customer Marketing Managers to develop customer‑ and channel‑specific programs for New Release products.

Understand key drivers of our customers’ New Release business and ensure that we have the product or promotional plans in place to secure our fair share of these opportunities.

Work with field‑based Customer Marketing Managers to fully understand customer promotion goals, strategies, operating policies and capabilities.

Conduct weekly program status meetings with field‑based Customer Marketing Managers.

Work with outside vendors to design premiums, as necessary, and create and manage within established budgets and timelines.

Work with finance to approve ROI analyses and title‑based needs.

Act as key liaison between Digital Distribution and retail teams to ensure New Release programs between physical and digital retailers are aligned.

Liaise between field teams and LA‑based teams including Brand, Creative, Operations, Promotions and Theatrical teams to ensure alignment and smooth workflow.

Develop knowledge of the home entertainment business.

Coordinate needs for any account‑specific meetings, including decks, reels and other materials.

Conduct special projects as needed, including analysis of competitive titles, market trends and retail activity.

Provide information on New Release titles to Sales and field‑based Customer Marketing Managers.

Attend departmental meetings with teams to align on programs and promotions to ensure retailer needs are being met.

Qualifications

At least 4 years of marketing experience.

Exceptional written and oral communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence teams.

Analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
