
Coordinator of Marketing

We're looking for a rising star in marketing to join our team and help us promote The Source Hotel, Cimera and our Market Hall vendors in a way that captivates and inspires our audience to convert into guests and loyalists.
As the Marketing Coordinator, you'll be a driving force behind our day-to-day marketing efforts for the hotel, restaurant, multiple outlets, and wedding and group offerings. This role is ideal for a savvy, highly organized, detail-oriented marketer who's ready to take on the dynamic, fast-paced world of boutique hotel marketing.
From ensuring consistent messaging and assets on all digital and on-property channels to brainstorming and developing eye-catching social content, to assisting with events and activations, and developing print collateral for all business units, you'll have a chance to contribute to campaigns that enhance visitors' stays and drive awareness and revenue for your hotels.
This is an on-property position. Candidates must already live within short commute distance to Denver, CO and should have a strong network of local contacts and partners.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the third party partners, Sales Leaders, and Managing Director in executing integrated (branding, print, digital) strategies for the hotel, restaurant and business outlets
Capture and curate photo and video content; monitor and manage responses for social media
Audit and manage content (copy, imagery, video) of hotel and outlet website(s), inclusive of updating offers, landing pages, seasonal imagery/content, third party pop-ups
Maintain/work with vendor to maintain third party listings for hotel and outlets (Google, Cvent, wedding wire, Expedia, Booking.com, OpenTable, EventBrite, etc.)
Assist with graphic design/creative assets, collateral, menus, fact sheets, flyers, check stuffers, and any other requested items
Assist Director of Sales (DOS) and Managing Director (MD) with marketing assets for GDS ads
Support influencer partnerships and media visits from pre-arrival coordination and property awareness to on-site hosting
Assists with providing data, graphs or presentation deck materials for Manager and Director for ownership and stakeholder meetings
Develop and host onsite activations
What We're Looking For
1-2 years of marketing, social media or content creation experience (hospitality and F&B experience a plus, but not required)
A creative, detail-oriented marketer with a flair for visual storytelling
Strong written and verbal communication skills
An outgoing "people-person" who thrives off of meeting new people, is aware of upcoming trends and knows how to leverage them
Proficiency in social media platforms, Canva/Adobe Creative Suite, Wordpress, Bento and basic photography/video editing
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects across different brands
A hunger to learn and develop a strong skillset both in hospitality and technology
