Boudreaux's New Drug Store has a mission to provide accessible, compassionate, and exceptional pharmaceutical care to every patient we serve. We are dedicated to promoting health and wellness within our community by offering personalized medication to best suit the needs of the individual. Boudreaux's New Drug Store will serve the patient-physician need by preparing CUSTOM FORMULATIONS. Upon physician request, medications will be prepared according to the patient's demographic and specific etiological requirements. At Boudreaux's New Drug Store, our philosophy is founded on the belief that every individual deserves access to comprehensive pharmaceutical care that goes beyond dispensing medication. We view pharmacy as the leader in correcting patients' well-being and their overall health. By integrating evidence-based and personalized medication, we believe that illnesses are curable based on one's determination and the help of medical professionals. Relationships and agreements with other health care professionals are entered into with the goal of improved patient outcomes. Areas of focus in pharmaceutical care will include but are not limited to, medication problem-solving, customized hormone replacement therapy for men and women, diabetes (shoe program), wound care, pain management, nutraceutical support, drug regimen reviews, and medication case management.

About The Role This is a full-time, on-site position.
The Marketing Content Creator will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering compelling content that effectively communicates our brand message and engages our target audience across multiple platforms. This position is responsible for crafting high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content that supports marketing campaigns, drives customer engagement, and enhances brand awareness. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure content aligns with strategic goals and resonates with diverse audiences. Success in this role will be measured by the ability to produce creative, original content that increases traffic, generates leads, and supports overall business growth. Ultimately, the Marketing Content Creator will be instrumental in shaping the voice and presence of our brand in the competitive marketplace.
Minimum Qualifications
Proven experience in content creation, photography, videography, or a similar role, preferably within a marketing or advertising environment.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic knowledge of SEO principles.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong portfolio demonstrating: professional photography, video production and editing, graphic design work.
Proficiency with DSLR or mirrorless cameras.
Advanced experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, or similar tools).
Strong attention to detail.
Creativity.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Knowledge of social media advertising platforms and analytics tools.
Background in video production or multimedia content creation.
Understanding of digital marketing strategies including email marketing and PPC campaigns.
Previous experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional team setting.
Responsibilities
Create professional social media content across various online platforms (graphics, photo, video).
Produce digital and physical sales and marketing materials
Shoot and edit photo/video content using professional equipment.
Edit and produce content using Adobe Creative Suite or other advanced creative tools.
Support planned campaigns with consistent, high-quality creative output.
Collaborate with marketing leadership and team members to executive creative direction.
Maintain visual consistency across all brand touchpoints.
Provide occasional event coverage when the brand participates in external events.
Skills The required skills such as strong writing and editing are essential for producing clear, persuasive, and error-free content that captures the audience’s attention. Familiarity with SEO and CMS tools enables the candidate to optimize content for search engines and manage digital assets efficiently. Preferred skills like graphic design and video production allow the creator to develop diverse multimedia content that enhances storytelling and engagement. Analytical skills are used daily to interpret content performance data, guiding strategic adjustments to maximize impact. Collaboration and project management skills ensure smooth coordination with various teams and timely delivery of high-quality marketing materials.
