Growth Marketing Lead , you’ll be the strategic force advancing Kimedics’ demand generation, content engine, and market intelligence capabilities. You’ll own full-funnel marketing execution—powered by your mastery of tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, and HubSpot. This is a high‑autonomy where you will collaborate directly with the President to shape our marketing strategy, elevate brand visibility, generate qualified pipeline, and accelerate revenue growth. What You’ll Own

Content Production (35%) Produce quality content: blogs, social, campaigns, visuals, and sales enablement. Build scalable content systems—prompt libraries, briefs, templates. Generate A/B test variations and creative Publish weekly thought leadership and daily social content. Convert interviews into polished stories, testimonials, and case studies. Demand Generation & Campaigns (30%) Build and optimize inbound/outbound campaigns to drive MQLs. Develop personalized ABM programs for top accounts. Launch fast‑iteration HubSpot and LinkedIn sequences. Deliver high‑velocity creative for paid media. Own lead qualification, pipeline reporting, and the marketing-to-sales handoff. Conduct competitive intelligence on VMS and healthcare scheduling platforms. Analyze market trends, G2 reviews, CRM patterns, and SEO opportunities. Build rich buyer personas. Convert insights into messaging, positioning, and content strategy. Trade Shows & Events (10%) Own end-to-end trade show strategy—from pre-show marketing to post-event follow-up. Create all event assets including booth graphics and presentations. Marketing Operations (5%) Partner with fractional marketing ops on HubSpot optimization and attribution. Document workflows and manage the marketing budget. What You Bring

5–8 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, ideally including healthcare tech. Strong healthcare familiarity to guide and quality‑check AI outputs. HubSpot proficiency (certifications a plus). Ability to operate as an early-stage, highly autonomous marketer. You’ll Thrive Here If You Are…
