CCS – Doorstep Trash Division Community Concierge Services (CCS) is a rapidly growing doorstep trash company servicing 600+ apartment communities nightly across 15 states and thousands through our suite of services. We're serious about operational excellence, long‑term relationships, and doing what we say we're going to do.
We're hiring an Account Manager in Charlotte to own client relationships, support new community launches, and keep our operations tight.

The Role This is not a sit‑behind‑a‑desk account manager job.
You'll spend your time:
Visiting apartment communities during business hours (Monday‑Friday)
Strengthening relationships with property managers
Dropping off containers and supporting new community rollouts
Maintaining inventory and supplies
Troubleshooting service issues before they become real problems
Acting as the bridge between clients and operations
Provide our bulk item/dumpster rental solutions to clients
You’ll work primarily in the field, with flexibility to work from home when appropriate and access to our South End Charlotte office as needed.
What Success Looks Like
Clients feel supported and heard.
Rollouts happen smoothly.
Inventory is organized and accounted for.
Issues are handled quickly and professionally.
Property managers trust you - and call you first.
CCS is the first call when a property manager moves to a new community or knows someone looking for a new vendor.
What We're Looking For
Strong communication skills (clear, confident, professional)
Highly organized and detail‑oriented
Comfortable being in the field most days
Self‑starter who doesn't need micromanagement
Problem‑solver with a calm demeanour
Professional presence (you'll be representing CCS daily)
Valid driver's license
Experience in property management, B2B services, logistics, or account management is a plus - but attitude and work ethic matter more.
