We are live and growing. As we expand our brand and community presence, we are seeking a Social Media & Community Manager to help scale our voice, visibility, and digital execution.
Role Overview Type:
Part-time (approx. 40 hours/month)
This role sits at the intersection of content creation, community engagement, and founder support. You will work closely with leadership to translate ideas into consistent, platform-native content and help build meaningful engagement across digital channels.
Core Responsibilities Platform Management Manage and execute content across:

Responsibilities include:
Writing and formatting platform-native content
Scheduling and publishing posts
Maintaining a consistent content calendar
Monitoring and responding to comments and DMs with sound judgment
Escalating sensitive inquiries appropriately
Community & Engagement
Build thoughtful engagement across platforms
Participate in relevant conversations (especially local/community-based)
Help increase brand visibility and inbound interest
Identify opportunities for growth and awareness Founder Support & Execution
Translate raw ideas into structured posts
Conduct light research to support content and outreach
Assist in organizing ideas into executable plans
Maintain simple tracking systems and content backlogs
This is not purely a posting role — it requires strategic thinking, organization, and comfort operating in a fast-moving early-stage environment.
Required Skills & Tools Must be proficient in:
You should have:
Demonstrated experience managing LinkedIn and Instagram
Strong writing ability in a founder voice (clear, concise, non-corporate)
Understanding of platform culture and content formatting
Experience with community management and DM engagement
Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain systems
Ideal Candidate
Fast executor, not overly precious
Comfortable working closely with a founder
High judgment and discretion
Able to balance creativity with consistency
Interested in helping build an early-stage company
