The Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Communications team is seeking a Multimedia Communications Senior Associate with a passion for visual storytelling and strategic communications. This line of business aims to lead awareness, engagement, and advocacy for the firm’s small business impact among policymakers, business owners, media, and communities nationwide.
As a Multimedia Communications Senior Associate within the Consumer & Community Banking Multimedia Center of Excellence, with a special focus on Business Banking. This role will conceptualize, produce, and deliver video, animation, and motion graphics across internal and external channels—including web, social media, in-person events, and digital signage. In addition, you will lead the full production lifecycle (creative development, scripting, storyboarding, direction, production and post-production), translating complex messages into compelling visual stories, upholding brand standards and accessibility requirements, optimizing content for platform-native performance, and managing timelines and deliverables in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate brings strong verbal and visual communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a passion for strategic storytelling that informs, engages, and inspires target audiences.
Job responsibilities
Produce, plan, film, and edit original video content for internal and external platforms
Own projects start to finish, identify topical content ideas, and develop and execute distribution strategies
Engage senior business and client stakeholders to align objectives and manage expectations
Lead the content approval process (sign-offs, contracts, releases) to mitigate risk and ensure compliance
Maintain video archives and legal/compliance documents; retain proof of ADA compliance (transcripts, closed captioning, etc.)
Manage local vendor relationships and coordinate agency projects to meet quality and brand standards
Assist with podcast production, including editorial, audio production, and distribution
Consult with teams across the Consumer & Community Banking to provide guidance on videos for conferences, recruiting, senior leader meetings, etc.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
5 plus years of experience creating compelling video content in a similar role (news, television, agency, corporate environment)
Strong production skills: DSLR videography, audio recording and knowledge of various lighting techniques
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition required
Proven track record managing the video production process through the development/ideation, pre-production, production, post-production, and promotion/distribution phases
Experience developing visual content for various social platforms
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative and cross-functional environment
Strong understanding of video formats and best practices for web & digital application
Knowledge of copyright clearance, trademark, intellectual property licensing and fair use
Strong design aesthetic in composition, typography, and color usage
Very strong interpersonal, relationship-building and collaboration skills
Self-motivated, comfortable working on tight deadlines and able to respond well to changing priorities
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Still photography expertise
Bachelor's degree in Media Communications or similar discipline required; technology or financial services experiences
Animate, Character Animator, Illustrator, Photoshop
