The Learning Experience Technologist is responsible for making sure new learning ideas actually work in our platforms at scale. This role partners with Innovation Program Managers, Creative Strategists, Instructional Designers, and Operations to assess what is technically possible, what is fragile, and what will break when usage grows. They prototype and configure learning experiences across our LMS, content tools, AI platforms, and video systems, identify risks early, and recommend practical solutions or constraints. During pilots, they help design experiences that reflect real production conditions, and when initiatives move forward, they support clean handoff by documenting requirements, integrations, and operational considerations. Success in this role means fewer surprises during rollout, smoother scaling, and learning experiences that are innovative without being unrealistic.
