Preschool Intervention Specialist
to support young children who demonstrate developmental, social-emotional, behavioral, or learning needs. The Intervention Specialist works collaboratively with teachers, families, and support staff to provide targeted interventions that help children succeed in an inclusive preschool environment. Key Responsibilities
Provide direct intervention services to preschool-aged children, individually and in small groups Observe, assess, and monitor children's developmental progress Develop and implement intervention plans aligned with individual needs and program goals Collaborate with classroom teachers to support inclusive practices and effective strategies Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and reports as required Partner with families by sharing strategies, progress updates, and resources Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing program planning Support positive behavior strategies and social-emotional development Qualifications
