Role Description The
E-commerce Growth Manager
will be responsible for enhancing and managing the online sales presence of NEOVA® SmartSkincare. This is a full-time, on-site role in Oradell, NJ. This role is fully responsible for online revenue growth. The focus is clear - increase sales, improve conversion rate, increase AOV, and build a high-performing digital engine. This is not a content role. This is a revenue role.
Daily tasks include developing and leading e-commerce strategies, analyzing metrics, optimizing online sales channels, planning and executing marketing campaigns, and overseeing online customer experience. The role requires cross-functional collaboration to achieve growth goals and foster customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Own ecommerce revenue and growth strategy
Increase conversion rate and average order value
Optimize website experience and performance
Lead SEO strategy and execution
Manage email marketing, flows, segmentation, and automation
Oversee paid media, Meta, Google, and other channels
Manage social media strategy with revenue focus
Analyze funnels, traffic, behavior, and performance data
Constant testing and optimization
What We Need
Proven experience scaling ecommerce revenue
Strong understanding of conversion optimization
Deep knowledge of SEO and paid acquisition
Experience managing email marketing platforms
High ownership and accountabilityStrong execution ability
