Content Marketing Specialist
to support our in‑house marketing and creative team—a collaborative group of designers, videographers, photographers, and strategists who operate like an internal agency.

You’ll play a key role in executing marketing initiatives, managing content across platforms, and ensuring our messaging is clear, consistent, and compelling. As a Content Marketing Specialist, you will:
Write, edit, and proofread marketing copy for social media, email campaigns, internal communications, web content, and promotional materials
Assist with social media management, including content scheduling, caption writing, coordination with creative assets, and performance tracking
Help execute and optimize email marketing strategies, including drafting content, coordinating sends, and tracking engagement metrics
Support the Marketing Director in planning, executing, and coordinating marketing initiatives across multiple channels
Assist with internal and external campaign launches, including employment branding, events, and company‑wide initiatives
Help maintain brand consistency across messaging, tone, and voice for Supportworks and its portfolio of brands

Education and Experience
2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences and platforms
Experience with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and content coordination
A combination of education (marketing, communications, journalism, or related degree preferred) and experience that demonstrates strong marketing fundamentals
Highly organized with excellent time management and attention to detail
Comfortable working cross‑functionally with creative teams and leadership
Receptive to feedback and able to adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
