Job Description We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Must Speak Spanish*) to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries and complaints

Attending customers everyday in the store

Provideinformation about the products and services

Troubleshoot and resolveproduct issues and concerns

Count money as a cashier

Develop and maintain a knowledgebase of the evolving products and services

Maintain store clean and Organize

Restock store

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields

Ability to build rapport with clients

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Positive and professional demeanor

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Company offers: Base Salary + Commission, Vacation, Holidays and Sick days pay.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 7-5:00 p.m. or 8-6:00 p.m. with an hour lunch and Saturday 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
