Momos is the leading Guest AI Platform built for multi-location restaurant brands across the globe. We help Customer Service, Operations, and Marketing teams streamline guest feedback, automate issue resolution, and drive repeat revenue — all powered by AI. Our customers include some of the most iconic QSR and fast-casual brands across 23,000+ locations worldwide.

We're growing quickly and investing in strategic field marketing to fuel our next stage of expansion. As we scale in North America, events will play a critical role in brand visibility, pipeline creation, and customer engagement.

Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Field Marketing Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute Momos' field and industry events across North America. This role will be responsible for end-to-end event management — from strategy to logistics to campaign execution — with the goal of generating pipeline, strengthening customer relationships, and amplifying our brand presence in the restaurant technology space.

The ideal candidate is a hands‑on operator with strong project management skills, a creative mindset, and a results‑driven approach to event ROI.

This role requires periodic travel (20-30%) to conferences, trade shows, and customer events across the US and Canada.

Key Responsibilities Field Events Planning & Execution

Own the field event strategy and annual field event calendar for North America, focusing on high-impact restaurant, QSR, and hospitality industry shows

Plan, run, and optimize field events: dinners, roundtables, roadshows, CXO programs, industry field activations

Build promotion playbooks for events including outbound strategy, sales enablement kits, messaging, and sequences

Develop post-event follow-up frameworks, including persona messaging, lead routing, feedback intake, and pipeline acceleration tracks

Manage all end-to-end logistics: booth selection, vendor communication, booth design, equipment shipping, swag procurement, staffing, demos, and run-of-show

Ensure flawless on-site execution, representing Momos professionally and ensuring our brand is consistently showcased

Work cross‑functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, Content & Design, and Customer Success to align messaging and event goals

Campaigns and Attendee Management

Build integrated pre-event, during-event, and post-event campaigns across email, social media, paid channels, partners, and SDR follow-up motions

Own attendee list segmentation, outreach, and meeting booking strategies

ROI Measurement

Track event KPIs, including leads captured, meetings booked, influenced pipeline, CAC efficiency, and event ROI

Build the measurement strategy for field marketing, tying investment to pipeline, velocity, and influenced ARR

Optimize event performance over time through testing, creative improvement, and data-driven insights

Creative, Content, and Brand Support

Partner with the brand and content teams to produce event-ready collateral: signage, booth graphics, pitch decks, demo flows, handouts, and multimedia assets

Ensure all messaging reflects Momos' value proposition, positioning, and key differentiators

Contribute creative ideas for booth experiences, activations, and engagement tactics that attract high-quality prospects

Customer & Partner Events

Plan and execute smaller-scale customer and partner events, including:

Customer roundtables

Executive dinners

Local workshops & meetups

Co-hosted partner events

Virtual webinars

Work with Sales and Customer Success on attendee recruitment and account targeting

Ensure events strengthen customer relationships, improve retention, and support expansion opportunities

Requirements Must-Have:

Located in the United States (remote) and willing to travel 20-30% for conferences and field events across North America

5+ years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or demand generation (preferably in B2B SaaS or tech)

Strong project management and logistics coordination skills; able to oversee multiple events simultaneously

Experience running booth experiences at trade shows, industry conferences, or regional field events

Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Creative teams

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Analytical mindset with experience in measuring and reporting event performance and ROI

Nice-to-Have:

Experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail technology industry

Familiarity with lead routing, CRMs like HubSpot/Salesforce, marketing automation tools like Conversion AI, and lead scoring logic

Experience creating or adapting event creative assets

Startup or high-growth SaaS experience — comfortable with building processes from scratch
