Someone that has lifecycle marketing background is transferrable.

This role will be focused on engagement and retention.

Job Description

Experiment Design & Strategy – Develop robust test plans (A/B, multivariate, geo-tests, incrementality studies, lift tests) to evaluate media tactics, creative, audience segments, and bidding strategies.

Execution & Optimization – Collaborate with channel managers (social, search, display, video, programmatic) to implement tests, ensure flawless QA, and proactively adjust tactics based on early performance indicators.

Data Analysis & Insights – Synthesize results into clear business narratives, translating statistical findings into actionable recommendations for budget allocation and campaign strategy.

Innovation & Learning Agenda – Maintain a prioritized testing roadmap to explore emerging platforms, AI/ML bidding, value-based strategies, and automation opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with analytics, strategy and planning teams to ensure test designs align with business goals and measurement frameworks.

Knowledge Sharing – Create best-practice documentation and present learnings to leadership, influencing future investment and audience strategy.

Basic Qualifications

Experience: 3+ years in paid media, digital marketing, or growth experimentation (agency, in-house, or platform).

Technical Skills: Strong understanding of testing methodologies (incrementality, causal inference, geo-split), platform reporting (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, DSPs), and analytics tools (GA, SQL, Excel/Sheets).

Analytical Mindset: Comfortable with statistical significance, confidence intervals, and interpreting complex data sets.

Preferred Qualifications

Establishing an iterative testing framework that accelerates media learning.

Delivering clear, data-backed insights that improve efficiency and ROI across channels.

Driving adoption of AI/automation in paid media strategies through well-designed experiments.
