What You'll Do
Develop and maintain profitable new business by visiting agents, attending industry events, shows, and also seeking out opportunities with companies and/or general agents of quality and acceptability in accordance with FIRST guidelines.
Maintain contact with current customers by analyzing their needs, identifying problems and providing solutions in order to retain and expand their loan volume.
Communicate with sales team in order to maximize new sales opportunities and monitor processing problems and/or operational efficiencies.
Provide internal assistance to Marketing and Collection personnel as needed and keep a watchful eye on industry trends.
Efficient use of travel and entertainment budget and timely submittal of expense reports and
Establish and maintain CRM system and communicate weekly activity to management as directed.
Qualifications
10 years of experience in insurance industry preferred
C-Suite level negotiation experience preferred
Financial acumen and knowledge
Bachelor's degree

Compensation The estimated base salary range for this role is $75,000-$90,000, along with eligibility to earn commission. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills and experience.
