The Web Team is responsible for the design and production of Marketing assets.
We are looking for a designer contractor to collaborate with us to create innovative and compelling interactive experiences to surprise and delight prospects and customers.
Key Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years’ experience of design experience with a growing ability to develop innovative creative work across a broad range of media.
Proficient in the formal elements of design, including typography, layout, balance, hierarchy, proportion, emphasis, and unity.
You are naturally curious and passionate about design — with a keen awareness of the evolving landscape of available tools, technologies, resources, and trends.
Excellent skills with design software, primarily the Adobe Creative Suite, including intelligently organizing files for design iteration, teamwork and web production.
Ability to thrive in a challenging, fast-paced, creative workplace and deliver quality design at a high volume in a tight timeframe.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaboratively engage in design reviews, clearly articulate design rationale and accept directional feedback.
Outstanding online portfolio.
Description
Create designs for Marketing communications across our channels such as infographics, presentations, web, emails, and social that align to project goals, creative direction, and standards.
Work in collaboration with other creative and technical disciplines to explore concepts, iterate on design layouts, and create elegant customer experiences.
Prepare for creative reviews by preparing presentation materials.
Review final deliverables with an exacting eye, ensuring that layout, images, and typography are flawless.
Finalize design files in a timely manner while meeting quality standards.
