
Business Development Representative (Palm Point Behavioral Health)
Palm Point Behavioral Health is a 74-bed behavioral health hospital located in Titusville, Florida, minutes from Cape Canaveral. We treat adults, children, and adolescents with a range of behavioral health diagnoses such as depression, anxiety, and substance abuse in a modern, well‑appointed facility.

Responsibilities
Represent the facility to community, interested persons and potential referral sources within the identified market service area.
Assist in the organization and implementation of the marketing plan and coordinate projects with the Director of Business Development.
Perform local marketing functions as assigned, including daily travel in a defined geographic territory to meet contacts at hospitals, crisis centers, psychiatrists, psychologists, mental health professionals, physicians and other community resources.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business administration, behavioral health or related field preferred. RN or LPN preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in business development, sales or related field with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, preferably in Volusia County.
Local market knowledge: in-depth understanding of Volusia County business landscape, key industries, competitors, and networking opportunities to develop strategic relationships.
Excellent communication & networking skills – ability to engage with local business leaders, attend regional networking events, and build long‑term partnerships.
Valid driver’s license and well‑developed knowledge of the geographical area assigned.
