Responsibilities

Plan, develop, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant paid channels. Build and refine audience segments using demographic, behavioral, and interest-based targeting to reach qualified prospects. Monitor campaign performance daily, making data-driven optimizations to bidding strategies, ad creatives, audience targeting, and budget allocation. Create and maintain comprehensive performance reports and dashboards using tools like Google Analytics, TapClicks, and other analytics platforms. Implement and maintain conversion tracking, including pixels, tags, and event tracking across all paid channels. Stay current on platform updates, new advertising features, industry trends, and best practices across all paid media channels. Travel requirements are estimated at 10%. Other team support duties as assigned. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or related field required. 2-4 years of hands-on experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns required. 2+ years of direct experience with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram advertising) required. 2+ years of direct experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, and/or YouTube) required. 1+ years of experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager or similar B2B advertising platforms preferred. Strong proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager. Knowledge of conversion tracking implementation, pixel/tag management, and event tracking.
