
Ketelsen RV in Hiawatha is expanding our sales team and we’re looking for a top-performing Sales Professional that’s ready to dive right in. Responsibilities
Work directly with customers that walk in our doors and help them find their perfect camper!
Field Sales Calls and Respond to internet leads from customers who are shopping remotely
Work alongside your team members to help the sales process be more seamless and streamlined
Ensure the products we are selling are sale-ready when our customers arrive.
Work within our CRM system to help manage your book of business.
Remain willing to learn and grow as you participate in daily training activities.
Must be able to work weekends.
Desirable Skills and Experience
Prior customer support and/or customer success experience
Strong verbal and written communication
Ability to organize, break down, and clearly articulate thoughts
Strong ability to take initiative and confidently direct
Gain Satisfaction from helping others
Ability to guide customers to efficient solutions
