Role Overview As our Marketing Specialist, you'll execute and improve the marketing systems that generate qualified appointments, strengthen local trust, and maximize the value of every lead we produce.
This is a hands‑on execution role. Strategy, budgets, and priorities are clearly defined. Your job is to make the machine run better every month.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Managing and improving the company website, SEO execution, and conversion-focused landing pages
Executing PPC campaigns (Google, Meta, NextDoor, etc.) within an established strategy and budget
Building and maintaining GHL landing pages, funnels, and automations
Planning and executing email marketing campaigns and newsletters
Managing Google Business Profile and online reputation, including review responses
Tracking performance metrics and implementing ongoing optimizations
Designing and producing marketing materials for print and digital use (flyers, signage, swag), ensuring brand consistency
