ABOUT THE ROLE The Audio Producer is responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of all audio production, including Podcast content from Peloton Studios New York and Peloton Studios London, ensuring global standardization and operational efficiency. This role oversees pre-production, scheduling, talent collaboration, production execution, and post-production workflows, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality content.

Beyond operations, this role plays a creative part in pitching and pioneering new concepts and formats, helping to expand and innovate Peloton’s content offerings. In addition, this role supports In Studio Class production.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

Oversee the full lifecycle of audio and podcast projects—from pre-production planning and crew coordination to supervising post-production workflows for a polished, global finish

Act as a creative lead by pitching, researching, and developing fresh content formats that keep Peloton at the forefront of digital fitness and storytelling

Partner closely with Talent Producers and instructors to provide creative direction, refine scripts, and ensure every recording session runs seamlessly

Standardize production processes across international markets and advocate for smart, scalable workflow optimizations that enhance both quality and efficiency

Bring your expertise to large-scale productions and in-studio class environments, working with internal and external partners to deliver high-fidelity content

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

5+ years of experience in audio production, podcasting, and content creation within both live studio and remote environments

Deep knowledge of audio recording, industry-standard post-production tools, and modern editing workflows

A natural ability to guide high-profile talent and collaborate with diverse production crews in fast-paced, creative settings

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage complex schedules and maintain global brand consistency

A genuine passion for fitness, a knack for compelling storytelling, and a desire to disrupt the status quo in audio media

Required to be in person 5 days a week; Weekend availability required

BASE SALARY RANGE $106,300 — $125,750 USD
