The

Integrated Marketing Strategist

is a senior individual contributor responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing initiatives across Habitat’s portfolio and corporate brand. This role blends digital marketing, creative execution, content development, and performance analysis to support leasing, brand visibility, and demand generation.

Duties and Responsibilities The

Integrated Marketing Strategist

partners closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure marketing efforts are cohesive, effective, and aligned with business objectives.

Integrated Marketing & Campaign Execution

Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels including websites, SEO, SEM/PPC, email, and social media.

Translate property-level and corporate goals into actionable marketing plans that drive awareness and demand.

Manage day-to-day marketing execution across multiple communities while ensuring consistency and quality.

Help plan and execute events, as necessary.

Digital Marketing & Performance

Support and manage SEM and PPC initiatives, including Google Ads, budgeting recommendations, optimization, and performance tracking.

Utilize Google Analytics and related tools to monitor KPIs, analyze results, and recommend improvements.

Partner with internal teams and vendors to ensure community and corporate websites remain accurate, engaging, and up to date.

Branding, Creative & Content

Oversee creative development across digital and print materials, ensuring alignment with brand standards.

Support graphic design needs, content creation, and visual storytelling for both corporate and property marketing.

Assist in the development of internal and external messaging strategies for the portfolio.

Manage and monitor social media presence for portfolio and Habitat brand, ensuring timely, professional, and on‑brand updates.

Oversee reputation management efforts, including review response coordination and copy editing.

Budgeting, Vendors & Market Awareness

Develop marketing budget recommendations for the market rate portfolio and monitor spend effectiveness.

Research and recommend new media channels, tools, and technologies to enhance exposure and performance.

Stay informed on industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging marketing best practices.

Skills & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

4–6 years of experience in integrated or digital marketing, preferably within real estate, hospitality, or consumer‑facing industries.

Working knowledge of SEM/PPC, Google Ads, SEO, and Google Analytics.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Canva, familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite preferred.

Strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and project management abilities.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
