
We are actively looking for an experienced Salesforce Product Manager to join a high-impact team in the Dallas/Plano area. This is a hybrid opportunity with a strong focus on driving Salesforce platform strategy and delivering business value.
Key Responsibilities
Define and manage Salesforce product roadmap aligned with business goals
Gather and translate business requirements into clear user stories
Collaborate with Salesforce developers, architects, and QA teams
Drive Agile ceremonies and manage backlog prioritization
Ensure successful delivery of Salesforce enhancements and integrations
Partner with business stakeholders to optimize Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud capabilities
Monitor KPIs and continuously improve platform performance
Required Skills
8+ years of overall experience with 3+ years in Salesforce Product Management
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud preferred)
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively
