Role Overview We are seeking an experienced
Senior Product Designer
to support a major Lending Platform initiative. This role will lead the creation of the future-state experience vision across both
employee-facing and client-facing platforms , partnering closely with product, technology, and business teams.
The ideal candidate operates strategically while also delivering
hands‑on design execution and high‑fidelity prototypes
using modern design tools such as Figma.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end
product and experience design strategy
Create target‑state experience vision for internal and external users
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity design artifacts using
Figma
Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders
Drive design thinking and influence cross‑functional teams
Present design concepts and storytelling to senior leadership
Contribute to design research, usability, and experience strategy
Required Qualifications
7+ years of
Product Design / UX / Experience Design
experience
Strong expertise in
Figma
and collaborative design workflows
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive design decisions
Strong communication and storytelling skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in
Financial Services / Banking / Regulated environments
Experience designing
complex enterprise or B2B platforms
Background in multi‑user platforms (internal + external users)
