JOB OVERVIEW Responsible for social media platform, brand content production, scheduling assets, community management, upload/organize social assets into planning documents/platforms, produce social shoots, track and present social performance in weekly monday business deck, brainstorm and create organic social ideas and content for seasonal decks, and any other weekly requests and projects from marketing/digital team.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Create and Oversee social posting on all channels & calendar (IG, Facebook, Tiktok)
Implement a social media strategy to align with the organization's marketing goals and objectives
Content production: collaborate with marketing teams team members on producing social media shoots, manage content creators, shoot weekly content as needed flat lays, rack images, BTS at photoshoots.
Collaborate with copywriter on writing copy for social schedule.
Schedule Instagram posts 1-2x day (source/download imagery, make sizing edits in editing platforms, source ugc, write copy, tag products, tag models/photographer, and links)
Create mock IG Schedule (the grid) in collaboration with creative director
Source/message/request/download UGC imagery usage and rights for emails/ads
Research/build/present weekly social analytics for Instagram & Tiktok for Monday Business Marketing Recap Deck
Research/brainstorm/build/present overall marketing strategy/themes/content ideas for Organic Social for seasonal marketing decks per drop
Hindsight Recap Deck for Marketing
Strategize and present new and relevant social trends / ideas to increase reach, engagement, and analytics across all social platforms for weekly Marketing Brainstorm meetings
Daily requests or projects (renaming files, organizing bulk raw assets, organic IG story creation, social analytics, social edits, finding ugc for specific styles, etc.)
Generate/ edit content for tiktok
On-site campaign photoshoot/social party content creation
Community management owner
Qualifications
Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) for seamless management and growth of social platforms.
Strong skills in Communication and Writing, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content.
Experience in developing and implementing effective Content Strategies.
Ability to analyze social metrics and adapt strategies to improve performance and reach.
Proficiency in using social media and analytics tools to track and optimize campaigns.
Creativity, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
