Position Overview Brand Strategies Group is seeking a Digital Marketing Designer to support the design and production of creative assets across client campaigns, digital channels, and websites.
This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys variety, takes pride in execution, and understands how design supports strategy. You’ll be responsible for creating visual assets across platforms and supporting the design and build of websites and landing pages. You’ll work closely with our clients and agency leadership to bring campaigns to life.
This is a hybrid position, with a mix of remote work and in-office collaboration at the BSG office in West View, PA.
Key Responsibilities Design & Creative Production
Design social media graphics, digital ads, presentations, flyers, and print collateral
Create in-facility digital screen graphics and signage
Design campaign assets that align with brand guidelines and messaging frameworks
Maintain visual consistency across platforms and clients
Support creative execution for integrated marketing campaigns
Website & Landing Page Support
Support the design and build of websites and landing pages across CMS platforms (WordPress, Squarespace, Webflow, Shopify, or similar)
Implement responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile
Update website content, layouts, and visuals
Collaborate on landing pages tied to campaigns, email, and paid media
Ensure clean design, usability, and accessibility best practices
Work closely with the BSG team and clients on creative direction and priorities
Participate in project planning and internal check-ins
Manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines
Maintain organized files, version control, and asset libraries
Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment
Qualifications Must-Have:
2–4+ years of experience in graphic design or digital marketing production
Experience designing for social, presentations, print, and digital formats
Experience supporting website design and builds in at least one CMS (preferably WordPress)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
Familiarity with Canva (or willingness to work within shared templates)
Basic understanding of UX, responsive design, and digital best practices
Strong attention to detail and pride in polished work
Nice-to-Have:
Experience working with nonprofits or mission-driven organizations
Familiarity with paid ad creative (Google, LinkedIn, Meta)
Basic understanding of SEO or performance optimization
Experience collaborating within an agency environment
