We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and business-savvy Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant to support the Founder across multiple ventures spanning luxury services, operations, strategy, and personal initiatives. This role requires discretion, sound judgment, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment. This position requires the candidate to live in the Nashville area. Local presence is essential due to the nature of the role, which includes on-site support, in-person meetings, and time-sensitive personal and business needs. The ideal candidate is not just administrative, but adds real value through strong business acumen, operational thinking, and an ownership mindset. You will act as a trusted partner in managing schedules, communications, documentation, and day-to-day execution across several businesses. About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a founder across multiple growing ventures, gain exposure to high-level decision-making, and make a meaningful impact. The right candidate will grow alongside the businesses and be viewed as a core part of the operation - not just support staff. Responsibilities

Executive & Business Support Manage complex calendars, scheduling, travel coordination, and meeting logistics across multiple businesses Serve as a gatekeeper for emails, messages, and communications — prioritizing, drafting responses, and flagging critical items Prepare, organize, and maintain nuanced business paperwork including contracts, agreements, invoices, and internal documents Assist with business correspondence, presentations, reports, and light financial or operational tracking Coordinate with internal team members, vendors, advisors, and external partners Maintain organized digital filing systems across all ventures Strategic & Value-Add Support Apply personal business knowledge and judgment to proactively identify efficiencies, gaps, and opportunities Assist with process improvement, SOP documentation, and operational organization as businesses scale Support project management initiatives and track deliverables across multiple priorities Act as a thought partner — helping think through logistics, timelines, and execution plans Personal & Lifestyle Support Handle personal administrative requests as needed (appointments, scheduling, errands, confidential matters) Coordinate personal travel, logistics, and special requests with discretion and professionalism Serve as a trusted extension of the Founder in both business and personal matters Assistant with childcare Qualifications

3+ years experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Manager, or similar role supporting a senior executive or entrepreneur Must currently live in the Nashville, TN area Strong business acumen with the ability to understand multiple business models simultaneously Exceptional organizational, communication, and time-management skills High level of discretion and professionalism; comfortable handling confidential information Ability to anticipate needs and operate independently with minimal oversight Tech-savvy: comfortable with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, scheduling tools, and project management software Strong written communication skills — able to draft professional emails and documents Required Skills
