Overview We’re seeking a Senior Client Marketing Manager to lead the execution of Buyer and Seller marketing programs that drive engagement, lead generation, and conversion. This role sits at the intersection of consumer experience and client success, translating marketing strategy into high-impact programs that connect buyers and sellers with professionals in a marketplace environment.

You’ll partner closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Demand Generation teams to deliver campaigns, educational programs, and lifecycle initiatives that improve performance across the funnel. This is a highly cross‑functional, execution‑focused role ideal for a strategic marketer who thrives on building programs, optimizing journeys, and driving measurable results.

$55–$57/hour

Responsibilities

Lead and execute client marketing cycles for Seller initiatives, delivering targeted campaigns that generate high‑quality seller leads.

Lead and execute Buyer marketing programs, partnering with demand generation and sales teams to grow qualified buyer leads.

Own end‑to‑end execution of client webinars and educational programs, including content planning, curriculum development, promotion strategy, and attendance growth.

Partner cross‑functionally to support product launches and marketing programs that align consumer experiences with client‑facing tools and initiatives.

Optimize buyer and seller journeys by identifying opportunities to create seamless, high‑impact touchpoints across channels.

Collaborate closely with Demand Generation, Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and execution excellence.

Track and analyze program performance, including KPIs such as lead retention, conversion rates, and NPS, using insights to continuously improve results.

Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and delivery timelines.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in B2B or B2B2C marketing, with emphasis on lead generation, customer engagement, or lifecycle marketing.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Proven track record of building and executing marketing programs that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.

4+ years of experience in real estate, proptech, fintech, or a related marketplace‑based industry.

Strong analytical skills with experience using data to optimize campaigns and improve performance metrics.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling customer‑focused messaging.

Demonstrated experience working cross‑functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

Nice to have

Experience launching and scaling programs that connect consumers with professionals in platform or marketplace environments.

Hands‑on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.

History of improving NPS, engagement, or conversion metrics through marketing initiatives.

Passion for real estate or strong understanding of how service professionals grow their businesses.
