The

B2B Social Media Specialist

manages the execution of B2B social media initiatives to increase brand visibility, customer engagement, and demand support among professional audiences. This role focuses on content creation, channel management, and performance tracking across key B2B social platforms. Working closely with the marketing and sales teams, the specialist helps translate business and customer insights into effective social media execution.

Key Responsibilities B2B Social Media Execution:

Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing B2B-focused social media content across platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook.

Support promotion of B2B marketing initiatives including thought leadership, product updates, webinars, and customer stories.

Monitor social media channels, engage with professional audiences, and elevate high‑value interactions to marketing and sales teams.

Help ensure consistent brand voice and messaging tailored to B2B buyers and decision‑makers.

Community Engagement & Relationship Support:

Monitor and participate in industry and customer conversations across social platforms.

Support engagement with prospects, partners, and industry communities in a professional, brand‑aligned manner.

Assist in identifying engagement signals that may indicate buyer interest or sales opportunities.

Social Media Performance & Insights:

Help track and analyze social media performance metrics, including engagement, reach, and audience growth.

Assist in optimizing content and posting strategies based on B2B audience behavior and platform analytics.

Support testing and iteration of content formats to improve performance.

Customer & Market Insights:

Monitor social conversations to identify B2B customer needs, pain points, and industry trends.

Assist in gathering and organizing customer feedback from social platforms.

Help compile insights and reports to support marketing, sales, and content strategy.

Job requirements Required Qualifications:

1–3 years of B2B social media or B2B marketing experience (required).

Familiarity with managing social media for professional or enterprise audiences.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Excellent written communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced B2B marketing environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with social media and marketing tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Canva, CRM platforms).

Interest in B2B marketing, demand generation, and customer engagement strategies.

Creative skills in content creation, basic graphic design, or video editing.

Performance Expectations

Demonstrable volume of organic B2B social platform activity.

Demonstrable lift in professional audience engagement on and off owned platforms.

Periodic (monthly or bi‑monthly) contributions to B2B customer and market insights.

Timely execution of B2B social campaigns aligned with marketing initiatives.

Demonstrable coordination with broader brand and B2C social efforts to strengthen overall brand presence.

Base pay for this position will be between $60,000 - $70,000 with an annual performance bonus of up to 5%.
