This role is more than marketing, it’s about ensuring dignity, comfort, and support during life’s most challenging moments.***\*Salary $75000 - $85000 per year (depending on experience), plus monthly incentive bonus based on admissions!******Key Responsibilities**** Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other referral sources* Educate healthcare professionals and community groups about hospice services and benefits* Serve as a knowledgeable, compassionate resource for patients and families during the referral and admission process* Document outreach activities and maintain accurate records of interactions* Ensure all messaging reflects our commitment to dignity, comfort, and quality care* Collaborate with care coordination teams to support smooth transitions for patients* Monitor community needs and identify opportunities to improve access to hospice care***Requirements**** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred* Minimum 3 years of healthcare marketing experience; **hospice experience strongly preferred*** Strong communication, relationship-building, and public relations skills* Ability to work independently while maintaining a compassionate, patient-first approach* Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to meet outreach goals***Benefits**** Medical / Dental / Vision Insurance* Paid Time Off* 401(k) matching* Employee assistance program* FSA / HSA* Life Insurance* Employee Referral ProgramThe employer for this position is stated in the job posting.
