Job Description Madison-Champaign Educational Service Center is looking for an energetic, patient and creative teacher to work in a program designed to meet the needs of students that require a highly structured setting with positive social and emotional supports. Candidates should be able to share how they balance structured academic support, social skills instruction/support, and behavior supports/modifications.
Ideal candidates will possess the spirit of leading with a servant’s heart.
Full Time position
7.5 hours/day
5 days/week
184 days/year

Minimum Qualifications
Valid ODE Intervention Specialist License
Experience working with students with autism and behaviors preferred
Satisfactory results on criminal records check including fingerprints required
Candidate must be credentialed in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) or able to attend 4 days of TCI training and pass TCI test
