Position Title Content Creator, Social Media

Role Objectives Creative, socially‑savvy, and culturally connected, the role of Content Creator will form part of Moose’s Marketing Centre of Excellence (COE). Reporting into the Head of Social Media Strategy and working cross functionally with creatives and marketing teams, you’ll bring bold ideas to life — capturing, editing, and producing standout photo and video content that connects with our community and elevates our brands across every platform.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing social‑first storytelling, through ideating, producing, and editing engaging content that builds connection between our toys and consumers. We are seeking candidates who have a proven track record of taking video projects from creative concept to final delivery, with a strong understanding of what performs on short‑form platforms and can be adapted for global markets.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a Content Creator for a brand or social media agency.
Ability to shoot, edit, and produce content end‑to‑end.
Comfortable working independently and managing projects from start to finish.
Proficiency in mobile‑first editing tools (CapCut), Adobe Suite, and social‑native capture methods.
Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts content formats and audience expectations.
Clear communicator who shares progress, challenges, and timelines proactively.
Experience with consumer products is preferred.
Portfolio Required: Candidates must submit examples of end‑to‑end content production they captured and editing.
Responsibilities End‑to‑End Production
Shoot, edit, and produce content across formats, ensuring high‑quality delivery from concept to final post.
Creative consistency
Transform briefs and campaign strategies into engaging, high‑performing social video concepts, ensuring content consistently reflects brand voice, visual identity, and campaign strategy.
Trend Awareness
Stay immersed in short‑form video trends, editing techniques, trending audio, and creator culture. Recommend and test new formats and creative ideas inspired by cultural moments, platform trends, and the competitive landscape.
Multi‑Device Content Creation
Capture everything from quick‑turn videos, polished stills, and behind‑the‑scenes content using both iPhone and professional cameras.
Short‑Form Video Editing
Edit TikToks, Reels, and Shorts with strong timing, pacing, audio integration, and platform‑specific style.
Tool Proficiency
Skilled in mobile‑first editing apps (CapCut), Adobe Creative Suite, and social‑native capture methods.
Cross‑Team Collaboration
Partner with Marketing Creative, Consumer Insights, Digital Media, Global Brand, and Regional Marketing teams to execute ideas from strategy to final post that deliver brand consistency and compelling story‑telling.
Idea Contribution Bring fresh, trend‑aware ideas to brainstorms and help shape the content calendar with original concepts.

Salary Band USD $75,000-$85,000
