As
Director of TMS Platform Growth & Provider Partnerships , you would be responsible for driving provider adoption, expanding strategic partnerships, and overseeing product governance to scale a national healthcare technology platform.
This role blends provider distribution, ecosystem enablement, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure sustainable growth, strong platform integrity, and long-term adoption. You will work closely with leadership, product, and engineering teams while building trusted relationships across healthcare providers and third-party partners to support platform expansion and innovation.
Key Job Duties:
Develop and execute a repeatable provider distribution strategy to drive platform adoption and utilization.
Build, manage, and expand relationships with healthcare providers and key ecosystem partners.
Identify and enable strategic third-party integrations that enhance platform capabilities and reach.
Partner with product and engineering teams on road mapping, prioritization, and release governance.
Establish feedback loops between providers, partners, and internal stakeholders to guide continuous platform improvement.
