Develop executive scripts, talking points, and run‑of‑show materials, leveraging AI to streamline content development and scripting.

Collaborate with Corporate Marketing and McKesson Events to ensure seamless delivery.

Digital Content Governance & Editorial/Channel Management

Serve as operational lead for the NAPS Hub on McKNet, maintaining accurate, timely, and relevant content through strong governance.

Manage the NAPS‑wide editorial calendar and partner with cross‑functional communicators to ensure cohesive storytelling and aligned updates.

Support and maintain channel operations, including internal communication distribution lists, governance of message routing, and management of NAPS communication channels.

Insights, Reporting & AI‑Enabled Optimization

Monitor and analyze communications effectiveness using AI analytics dashboards, translating metrics into actionable insights and recommendations.

Build and manage AI workflows including Copilot agents and Power Automate flows to automate tasks, improve productivity, and optimize content delivery.

Expertise/Capabilities Should Include

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, concise, and compelling narratives tailored to diverse internal audiences.

Strong project management and organizational skills, with demonstrated success coordinating multifaceted communication plans, events, and operational workflows.

Skilled in enterprise communications platforms, such as Smartsheet, Staffbase, SharePoint Intranet, Viva Engage, and Microsoft Teams.

Ability to integrate AI technologies into communication workflows to improve efficiency, streamline tasks, scale content delivery, and strengthen audience engagement.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment, delivering high‑quality work under tight deadlines.

Comfort working onsite and traveling as needed, including participation in in‑person meetings, events, town halls, and other activities at the Las Colinas corporate headquarters or other locations.
