Provider Relations Outreach Representative

Basic Qualifications for the role:
2 years related experience
Rate: $11.11/Hr on W2
Efficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Previous healthcare marketing and/or outreach experience a plus
Responsibilities
The Provider Relations Outreach Representative assists the Provider Relations Team with outreach and education of the provider community.
Making phone calls to providers within the current Texas Medicaid provider community to provide them with education regarding Prior Authorizations.
Maintaining records of all outreach activities.
Performing independent thinking and organizational tasks as required.
