We’re seeking a detail-oriented marketer to help execute impactful channel marketing programs that drive partner engagement and revenue growth. In this role, you’ll collaborate with Channel and Partner Marketing teams to support lead generation campaigns, incentive programs, digital initiatives, and partner communications. You’ll also assist in coordinating events, trainings, webinars, and recruitment efforts—ensuring seamless execution aligned with business goals. This individual works with the Partner Marketing team in the execution and deployment of marketing initiatives and programs including lead generation, incentive programs, digital, and partner communications as well as assist in managing logistics for events, trainings, webinars, and recruitment efforts. Maintain strong working relationships inside and outside of ESET including partner accounts as well as intradepartmental collaboration to ensure optimal support of Partner Accounts, marketing goals and initiatives. Work with Partner Account Managers to support regional and national events. Communicate event strategy, goals, themes, messaging, staffing expectations and follow-up expectations to internal teams and/or specific Partners for each show. Execute and track all logistical aspects of the partner marketing campaigns from beginning to end. Conduct formal post reviews on event activities with recommendations for improvement and increased ROI. Manage data input (segmentation, lists uploads, event leads management etc.) for Channel and lead-gen (end-user) events. Responsible for inputting and tracking of leads within ESET CRM. Including measurement of campaign ROI/effectiveness for all Channel and end-user campaigns What you’ll have

Experience: 3+ years of general B2B marketing or channel marketing experience. Security technology and Channel Marketing experience is a major plus. Education: BA, BS in Business, Sales and/or Marketing Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, and HTML editing. Knowledge of email automation system, Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus. Excellent time management, budget management, and project management skills. An outgoing personality and energy-level appropriate to extensive customer interactions during numerous events. Highly organized, attentive to detail, deadline driven, and responsive to both internal and external stakeholders. Ability to travel domestically up to 5%. What we offer

The expected OTE for this position starts at $80,000. Additional benefits—such as health and wellness programs, performance bonuses, product discounts, holidays, and paid time off—are valued starting at $33,560 and may be offered in accordance with company plans.
