About Our Agency I opened my agency in 2021 and have built a strong, supportive environment with a team of four full-time and two part-time members. Before opening my office, I began my State Farm career as an agent team member from 2004‑2006, then spent 15 years as a District Manager. That experience shaped my approach to leadership and helped me create a culture focused on mentorship, professional growth, and long‑term success.

Role Description As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Billy Gothreaux - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
