What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Collaborate with Sr. Art Directors and the Creative Director on seasonal editorial campaigns for A&AF brands
Assist in pre-production planning for photoshoots, including organizing mood boards and coordinating with production teams
Support post-production efforts by finalizing photography edits and organizing imagery
Ensure collaboration across the creative team to deliver cohesive brand stories and visuals
Maintain databases for casting, images, and locations for current and future projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Photography, Advertising, or related field
Minimum of 2 years of art direction experience in fashion retail or a related industry
On-set photoshoot experience
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Capture One, Keynote, Figma, and Mural
Strong communication and presentation skills, with a detail-oriented and organized approach
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience collaborating with large cross-functional teams
A passion for current trends in fashion, photography, social media, and culture
Adaptability to changing priorities and tasks
Willingness to travel for key meetings and photoshoots
