Job Summary:
The Brand Activation Manager supports, implements, and collaborates on all facets of the Bon Appétit brand. They play a pivotal role on the regional team, collaborating with the Image + Style team, District Manager, and the Regional Vice President, to craft and implement customer experience initiatives that support strategic priorities, drive satisfaction, increase participation and revenues, and provide education and insight to delight guests and clients.
This role primarily supports high‑profile marquee clients including studio business and other premier corporate accounts in Los Angeles and Orange County. Each activation and guest experience must embody the Bon Appétit brand and the distinct culture of these clients. The Activation Manager exercises discretion, adheres to strict non‑disclosure practices, and keeps client confidentiality while delivering exceptional service.
The Activation Manager works within brand vision and guidelines to drive customer experience planning and brand initiatives, leveraging cross‑functional partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Activate our brand internally through people programs and externally with customer experience initiatives (WOWS + Benvenuti).
Collaborate creatively within the Image + Style team to develop initiatives that enhance our brand and increase customer satisfaction and revenues.
Maintain a strong, consistent presence in the field, visiting accounts in person at least four days per week to build relationships, observe operations, and support on‑site teams.
Manage small‑scale design projects for account‑specific needs within brand guidelines.
Support field teams on‑site for various brand activation initiatives and address specific client needs.
Proactively develop recommendations to refresh customer experiences onsite to support account retention.
Surface issues/requests for mass‑level projects and develop new systems and tactics to improve efficiency.
Develop new strategies for promoting existing or new locations to enhance sales and customer experience.
Lead by “automating the predictable, so we can humanize the exceptional.”
Desired Qualifications
Passion for great food and food experiences, basic culinary and hospitality knowledge, and interest in sustainability.
BA or BS degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or Journalism (preferred).
Minimum 4 years’ experience in marketing (experiential/brand), communications, or public relations, in an agency or in‑house for a restaurant or foodservice establishment.
Proactive, assertive, and creatively strategic thinking.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, Canva.
Very strong writing skills with proper grammar and spelling.
Organized, detail‑oriented, process‑oriented, and self‑motivated; able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
