We are seeking a Motion Designer who can translate brand strategy into compelling visual movement across fully integrated campaigns. This role sits within a multidisciplinary creative team and partners closely with Creative Directors, Designers, Strategists, and Producers to bring ideas to life across digital ecosystems.
Your Impact
Bring brand stories to life through motion that is visually compelling and strategically grounded.
Translate ideas into dynamic visual systems that elevate fully integrated 360° campaigns across paid social, web, product launches, OOH, and video ecosystems.
Operate at the intersection of concept and craft, contributing from storyboard through final delivery.
Animate typography, UI, brand systems, social content, and campaign video assets in a way that strengthens the core idea and supports business objectives.
Help shape narrative flow, extend static brand systems into scalable motion frameworks, and ensure every detail feels intentional, modern, and aligned to platform and audience.
Collaborate closely with Creative, Strategy, and Production, manage multiple projects with precision, optimize files for digital and broadcast environments, and when appropriate, capture or integrate live action footage and 3D elements to enhance the work.

What You Bring to the Table
3 to 6 plus years of motion design experience within a fast paced ad agency environment, collaborating cross functionally and contributing to integrated 360° campaigns across multiple verticals including financial services, lifestyle, DTC, tech, healthcare, and entertainment
A portfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking and executional excellence
Proven Success translating brand systems into motion frameworks
Strong proficiency in: Figma for Motion, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya
Familiarity with AI-augmented motion tools such as Runway, Adobe Firefly/Generative AI workflows, Kaiber, or similar platforms that accelerate prototyping and generative elements."
Understanding of compression techniques, export settings, and delivery specs across platforms
Strong eye for typography, composition, and color in digital environments
Ability to take and apply feedback constructively
Strong organization and file management discipline

Compensation & Benefits
The expected compensation for this role is $85,000-$95,000 per year. The exact salary will vary depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to skills, experience, and location.
