Our shop is looking for a confident and motivated individual to join our team. The Service Writer will be responsible for greeting customers, doing initial diagnostics on vehicles, collecting and verifying information and entering data into the computer system. The right individual for this position will have exceptional customer service skills and prior auto repair experience. Responsibilities:
- Inspect and prepare vehicles for safe repair.
- Diagnose basic automotive issues and recommend solutions to customers and management.
- Order replacement parts for repairs.
- Communicate with other departments to ensure that the needs of customers are met.
- Document, track, and schedule repairs.
