We’re seeking a reliable and hardworking Restaurant Porter to join our team! As a porter, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the restaurant operates smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, organization, and assisting with various tasks to support the kitchen and dining staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dining areas, and storage spaces.
Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
Take out trash and recycling, ensuring proper disposal practices.
Stock supplies, including food items, cleaning products, and utensils.
Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries.
Perform light maintenance tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, and wiping surfaces.
Support kitchen staff with basic prep work as needed.
Qualifications:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
Physical ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
