Job Description:
Qualification & Experience :
Master's in Business Administration (MBA)/MSc in Management / Master in Social Sciences Subjects from HEC recognized university.
OR
- Armed Forces: Maj or Equivalent
- Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in university Administration including HR, Transport, Mess Management, Protocol, Event Management and Accounts in any renowned/recognized university.
Key Responsibilities:
Administration & Coordination- CIPS
- Oversee and coordinate administrative operations at CIPS, ensuring smooth communication and synergy between the two departments: Peace and Conflict Studies (PCS) and Peacekeeping Training (PKT).
1. General Administration
- Coordinate with departmental administrative staff to ensure alignment with CIPS-wide policies and procedures.
2. Facility Management
- Coordinate with departmental administrations to ensure the efficient allocation and utilization of shared facilities and resources.
- Liaise with the Works Directorate, ICT, and NUST Administration to address maintenance issues, report damages, and ensure timely repair and upkeep of all facilities.
- Develop and monitor the centralized administrative budget in coordination with departmental financial officers.

- 3rd Div in academic career / weak academic profile.
- NUST employees with less than one year of service with NUST and / or absence of NOC from Head of Institution.
- In process of pursuing a required degree.
- Medically unfit.
- Only selected candidates will be contacted and issued offer letter.
- Candidates serving in Govt departments, Armed forces may apply after seeking NOC from their respective parent department / organizations.
- Late / incomplete applications will be ignored.
