Summary The

Sales Porter

will be responsible for maintaining the dealership’s appearance, assisting with vehicle movement, and delivering exceptional customer service. Duties and Responsibilities Greets all customers entering the sales area with a friendly and professional attitude, answers their questions, and directs them to the appropriate person or location. Organizes multiple lots by make, model, and color. Arranges trades for trade walks, tagging keys, and programming keys. Ensures inventory has buyer's guides displayed on vehicle windows. Delivers and picks up vehicles from other dealerships and customers' residences. Assists delivery drivers in finding keys and vehicles. Rotates electric vehicles off and on chargers to ensure compliance. Assists with tagging vehicles with barcodes. Keeps the dealership lot, driveways, and sidewalks clean, organized, and presentable. Provides excellent customer service when interacting with customers and directing them to the appropriate personnel. Follows all company safety policies and procedures and immediately reports any and all accidents to a manager or supervisor. Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Physically able to drive and move vehicles. Strong attention to detail to maintain the dealership’s professional appearance. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills. All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA. All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a similar role or automotive industry is preferred.
