Job Summary We are looking for a Dealership Service Porter to join our team. If you’ve got a good driving record, a positive attitude, and a love of cars, this could be the position for you. As a Dealership Service Porter, you will manage the service stalls in our parking lot. You’ll manage the flow of customer vehicles, provide basic cleaning services, and respond to customer requests with an aim toward customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Move customer vehicles and manage vehicle flow within all areas of the auto group grounds.
Collaborate with the service advisors to perform assigned duties and ensure dealership standards are upheld.
Assist in keeping lot organized and vehicles presentable.
Pickup or Deliver cars to other dealerships for Dealer Exchanges if needed.
Respond to customer inquiries with a service-oriented attitude.
Assist the Accounting Department in weekly Bank and DMV runs if needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
Possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Successful completion of a pre-employment drug and background screening.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
