Staff Assistant - State Farm Agent Team Member . We seek an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. If you are responsible, dependable, motivated, and a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, this is a rewarding career opportunity with growth potential. Basic training lasts 6 to 9 months. This is an in-office position. Serious inquiries only. Responsibilities Establish customer relationships and follow up as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including inquiries about insurance coverage, policy changes, claims, and billing. Manage calendars for 4 agents. Handle phones, texts, voicemails, and office traffic. Multitask efficiently. Use a needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
