Equity Maintenance Group (EMG) is actively seeking a part-time Porter to work in the Hillsborough/Pinellas market.
Overview EMG is a Florida-based property/facilities maintenance company. Our company seeks to provide environmentally friendly, high caliber property and facilities maintenance at a reasonable price. Candidates should have a proven track record of being reliable, honest and hard working.
Responsibilities
General grounds keeping
Trash pickup
Emptying out trash cans
Disposal of bulk trash
Window cleaning
Blowing sidewalks, dusting windows, overhangs and fixtures
Disposing of trash in medians, driveways and common areas
Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems
Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or tenant through inspection report form
Qualifications
Prior Porter, Custodial, and Janitorial experience required
Adhere to safety at all times
Attention to detail
Must be reliable
Requirements
Must be able to work outside
Must be able to pass a background check
Must have reliable transportation
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Job Type: Part-time Salary: $12.00 per hour
